About

A quiet path
back to yourself

I'm glad you found your way here. This is a space built on stillness, compassion, and a deep belief that each of us already holds the quiet we are searching for — we simply need the right conditions to return to it.

The practitioner behind The Quiet Path Wellbeing in a peaceful natural setting

My story

Finding stillness in the noise

Like many people, I came to this work not through a straight path, but through the winding one — through periods of overwhelm, disconnection, and a quiet longing for something more grounded and real.

Meditation found me at a time when I needed it most. What began as a simple practice of sitting and breathing slowly became something much deeper — a way of returning to myself, again and again, no matter what life brought. Over more than 40 years, that practice has been my steadiest companion.

My background spans more than 40 years of meditation practice, 12 years as a Community Midwife, and 2 years offering wellbeing support at a local hospice. That breadth of experience — from the very beginning of life to its most tender endings — has given me a deep understanding of how much people carry, and how rarely we give ourselves permission to set it down.

As someone who has also balanced caring responsibilities, I know how rarely we give ourselves permission to stop. That understanding shapes everything I do — I offer not just techniques, but a genuinely calm and compassionate space where you can slow down and be supported without pressure or judgement.

The Quiet Path Wellbeing grew from a simple wish: to offer others the same sense of spaciousness and ease that these practices gave me. A place to pause. A place to breathe. A place to come home to yourself.

My approach

Gentle, unhurried, and always led by you

Simplicity over complexity

The most profound shifts often come from the simplest practices. I don't believe in overcomplicating the path to stillness. A breath, a pause, a moment of awareness — these are enough.

No experience needed

You don't need to have meditated before, or to be flexible, or to know anything about Chi Kung. You only need to arrive. Everything else unfolds from there, gently and in its own time.

Shaped around you

Every session is guided by what you need in that moment. There is no fixed script, no rigid agenda. I listen, I follow, and I offer what feels most supportive for where you are right now.

Rooted in nature

The natural world is one of the greatest teachers of stillness. Much of the imagery, movement, and awareness I draw on is inspired by the rhythms of water, earth, light, and breath — the quiet intelligence that surrounds us.

"You don't need to fix yourself. You only need to return to yourself."
